What information does NameTech collect from its customers or
visitors to the Site? How does NameTech use the information it collects?
NameTech maintains a database of information on all of its customers. When a customer
chooses to purchase one of our services, we ask for several pieces of information which
might include: first and last name, organization, city, state, zip code (or country and
postal code for non-U.S. residents), telephone number, e-mail address (if available), and
credit card information (NOTE: No credit card information is stored on any of
NameTech's servers.) We may use this personally identifiable information to
contact our customers about their account or other matters relating to the Services, such
as to inform our customers about new features on our Site. We may also use this personally
identifiable information to send our customers our newsletter or e-mail messages regarding
products or services we think our customers might be interested in. (If you are a

newsletter or these e-mail messages.) These communications are essential to our
relationship with our customers and to our ability to provide our customers with quality
products and services that are responsive to our customers needs. At the same time, these
communications, and our customers responses to them, give us helpful insights about them,
their preferences and the ways in which we might improve our services. Therefore, it is
likely that we will maintain this information for future use.
